Job Title: Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Professional, your primary role will be to provide excellent customer support to our clients.

  • Update and maintain customer information in our database.
  • Understand the services we offer during job training.
  • Provide customers with all required information.
  • Keep track of customer accounts by recording their account information and issues reported.
  • Handle customer complaints actively and ensure timely resolution.
  • Take orders, calculate charges, and process customer information.
  • Answer customer questions and maintain healthy relationships.
  • Review customer accounts for changes.
  • Resolve customer complaints on time and maintain service quality.
  • Explain company policy changes to customers.
  • Generate sales leads for our clients.
  • Maintain task records and submit them to higher management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Representative or Front Desk Representative in the Customer Service industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM software like Zoho, Zendesk, etc.
  • Social media knowledge is an added benefit.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
