Customer Service Representative with Exceptional Leadership Skills

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Hertz. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and drives customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first contact resolution and manage customer interactions to ensure a positive experience
- Handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Serve as the primary liaison for Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance actions and decisions
- Analyze NPS results to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees to improve service quality
Requirements:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, operations, and sales
- Rental car experience a plus
- Excellent communication, relationship building, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
