Customer Service Champion for Car Rental Excellence

The Customer Experience Specialist role at Hertz is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and drives customer satisfaction. This pivotal position plays a crucial role in creating a culture of empowerment within the team, enabling employees to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities include first contact resolution, handling and resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. As the primary Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison, this individual will update and communicate performance actions and decisions related to NPS with the management team. Analyzing NPS results to identify areas for improvement and execute plans to enhance guest satisfaction.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and strong relationship-building and leadership skills. Experience in operations and sales is highly desirable, particularly in the rental car industry. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze problems, make informed decisions, and provide guidance and coaching to team members when needed.
As part of the Hertz team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $17 per hour, as well as a sign-on bonus of $1000, broken down into $500 after 3 months and $500 after 6 months.
