Position: Technical Support Specialist (Full-Time) Classification: Non-Exempt Compensation: $20/hr. Reports To: Director of IT

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and courteous technical assistance to all departments within the organization. Your duties will include:
  • Overseeing and managing the IT support ticket system.
  • Addressing and resolving incoming service requests in the IT support queue.
  • Delivering outstanding support both remotely and on-site throughout the organization.
  • Escalating technical issues to IT technicians when necessary.
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading relevant technology devices.
  • Following established technology maintenance schedules.
  • Proposing and implementing technical solutions.
  • Engaging in continuous personal development and education regarding evolving technologies.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Director of IT and senior staff.

Compensation Package:
  • This position typically starts at $20 per hour, depending on your experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Windows OS and Mac OS.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as we operate 365 days a year from 7 am to 10 pm.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience providing technical support to end users.
  • Possession of a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
  • A valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly as needed.
  • Experience with Office 365 user and group administration.
  • Familiarity with G-suite (Google Workplace) user and group administration.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Understanding of retail point of sale (POS) systems.
  • General knowledge of networks and related devices.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Adaptable and capable of quickly shifting to new tasks.
  • Organized with effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
