About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch and service center operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide a range of customer support services, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and assignments, and enter data into our internal computer systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Information Provision: Reference pricing and delivery information to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communication: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Management: Set up new and maintain existing records to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties to support the smooth operation of our branch and service center.
  • Preparation: Process paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals to ensure a seamless process.
  • Team Support: Assist with other duties around the office to help support your peers and contribute to the success of our team.

  • Digital Literacy: Digital literacy and proficiency in using computer systems and software.

  • Development Opportunities: We'd also love someone open to learning automobile titling as part of their development.
Education and Certification Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma is awesome, but equivalent work experience would be great too.
  • Experience: 0-2 years' previous work experience.
