Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Crane Engineering Sales, LLC. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively service internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate all assigned service projects, ensuring timely completion, and staying within budget.
  • Prepare project files, including equipment manuals and parts lists, to facilitate efficient service delivery.
  • Review inspection reports and prepare service quotes for customers.
  • Assist the customer service team with order entry tasks and obtain credit information for new customers.
  • Request quotations from vendors and estimate labor for service jobs.
  • Contribute to margin growth by negotiating discounts and making informed inventory decisions.
  • Support sales staff in obtaining business and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to be mechanically adept and interact professionally with customers.
  • Strong customer service, time management, and communication skills.
