As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Facilitating communication within the department regarding customer requirements and production changes.
  • Prioritizing tasks in collaboration with production and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer demands.
  • Engaging daily with customer systems as necessary, including managing manual releases and EDI processes.
  • Performing data entry for the Materials Department, which includes managing Shippers, ASNs, and customer purchase orders, while maintaining QAD systems related to shipping and customer orders.
This full-time salaried position reports directly to the Materials Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in an automotive or shipping environment, particularly with customer systems and shipping documentation.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and QAD.
  • Regular interaction with carriers to coordinate transportation schedules.
