Position Overview

An Installer will engage in hands-on training under the guidance of our experienced Production Manager (PM). The responsibilities of an Installer encompass various tasks, including customer interaction, installation duties, site maintenance, and managing inventory on the service vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute installations efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Complete necessary documentation promptly.
  • Perform tasks in compliance with OSHA and relevant safety standards.
  • Maintain a safety-first approach in all activities.
  • First-year installers can expect to earn approximately $70,000 - $80,000.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in roofing, siding, or gutter installation is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
  • Must demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards service improvement.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, lift, climb up to 40 feet, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 75 lbs.
  • Proficient in using a variety of hand tools.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
