Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to protect and simplify their lives. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Service
    • Install and service smart home technology in customer homes
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Inventory and Asset Management
    • Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality
  • Commission and Sales
    • Earn piece rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan
    • Control your own income by providing opportunities for customers to purchase additional products and services
