Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a proactive safety-first approach.
  • First-year installers can expect to earn between $70,000 and $80,000.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in roofing, siding, or gutter installation is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation is required.
  • Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to stand, lift, climb up to 40 feet, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 75 lbs.
  • Proficient in using a variety of hand tools.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
