Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Management Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with international ocean freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all Customer facing communication
  • Provide proactive exception management in case of service quality deviations
  • Identify and act on opportunities to increase revenue by offering additional services or forwarding potential sales leads

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with International Ocean Freight knowledge
  • Promptly respond to customer's inquiries on timely fashion

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with international ocean freight.
