Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator - Events. This role involves working closely with event planners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide technical support for network services.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with event planners to design and implement customized network solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory management, equipment distribution, and customer interactions.
- Work effectively in a dynamic team environment to ensure smooth event execution.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, hospitality) preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with IT and telecom networking concepts a plus.
Compensation:
A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
