About the Role

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a first shift position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity.
  • Communicate with customers regarding maintenance updates and resolve service issues.
  • Ensure all Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
  • Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • ASE certification preferred.
Benefits

Penske offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
