Real Estate Closing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team as a Real Estate Closing Specialist. This is a full-time position in our corporate office in Charlotte, NC.
Job Description:This role involves working closely with clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient, and error-free manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a closing paralegal and be energetic, friendly, self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized.
Responsibilities:- Perform basic duties to close a real estate transaction.
- Coordinate closings and communicate file status/needs with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and builder closing teams.
- Order/Distribute title commitments to required parties.
- Prepare Closing Disclosure, ALTA Settlement Statement and all other closing documents necessary for the transaction.
- Collect all real estate taxes due, Homeowner's Association (HOA) dues, and any delinquencies.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, which includes health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and access to a 401K plan. A North Carolina Notary is preferred but not required.
