Closing Attorney Professional with Real Estate Expertise

**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Attorney to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a closing attorney, you will handle real estate closings, including residential and commercial transactions, and provide exceptional client service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct real estate closings and review documents to ensure accuracy.
- Meet with clients at various locations to complete closing processes.
- Coordinate logistics for closing appointments and manage schedules.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the closing process.
**Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and travel for closings as needed.
- Must become a Notary Public.
