Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and executing the annual action plan for the service department.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of sales forecasts and budgetary elements related to service operations.
  • Assess the performance of the service department against established objectives and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead the customer service team in collaboration with management, including aspects of planning, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
  • Facilitate the growth and assessment of team members’ performance.
  • Supervise technical advisory work and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
  • Support foremen and coordinators in complex repair scenarios requiring manufacturer involvement.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure operational compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for significant changes to standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • University certificate or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years in customer service within the vehicle industry, coupled with technical expertise and supervisory experience.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, pragmatism, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator and negotiator with conflict resolution abilities.
