Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating and executing the annual action plan for the service department.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of sales forecasts and budgetary elements related to service operations.
- Assess the performance of the service department against established objectives and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead the customer service team in collaboration with management, including aspects of planning, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate the growth and assessment of team members’ performance.
- Supervise technical advisory work and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
- Support foremen and coordinators in complex repair scenarios requiring manufacturer involvement.
- Collaborate with management to ensure operational compliance with established procedures.
- Provide recommendations for significant changes to standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- University certificate or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years in customer service within the vehicle industry, coupled with technical expertise and supervisory experience.
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills, pragmatism, and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and negotiator with conflict resolution abilities.
