Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance our Small Medium Business (SMB) segment. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate Procore advocates throughout the client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. Your primary focus will be to ensure our clients are well-informed, supported, and fully engaged with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through a seamless implementation process, emphasizing quick value realization while providing ongoing support for established clients through both proactive and reactive measures.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Product teams, and other Customer Success members as clients expand their relationship with Procore.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to Procore's clients through effective communication.
  • Work with various organizational levels to establish best practices, connecting clients with Product Managers and Marketing to enhance client success and Procore's growth as a market leader.
  • Achieve comprehensive knowledge of Procore's product suite, business model, services, and industry best practices.
  • While this role does not involve direct sales activities, you will collaborate with the Account Executive team to identify opportunities for client expansion and minimize churn.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations, industry events, and other Procore offices.

Qualifications:

For candidates with a background in technology:

  • Experience managing the implementation of SaaS platforms, including onboarding, training, and client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with complex web and mobile applications used for project management or documentation.

For candidates transitioning from the construction industry:

  • Experience in project administration or management roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, or similar.
  • Procore platform experience is highly desirable.
  • A passion for promoting technological advancements in the construction sector.
  • Minimum of 2 years of account management experience, preferably in a SaaS context.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $88,000, with potential for commission leading to estimated total earnings of $80,000 - $110,000. This role is also eligible for equity compensation. Procore is dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation, tailored to the candidate's skills, experience, and location.
