At Addison Group, we are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our clients' billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage monthly billing processes for designated sectors or departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Update and maintain project/job data in the company database, including project details and billing terms setup.
- Coordinate billing processes with project managers, ensuring accurate Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports.
- Prepare draft and final invoices, including any necessary supporting documentation, and ensure timely distribution.
- Assist with accounts receivable (A/R) aging by maintaining regular contact with clients, particularly focusing on past-due accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide requested information, compliance documents, and reports as needed.
- Provide general administrative and accounting support to the accounting team as required.
