The Richards Group, a recognized leader in the industry, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to cultivate positive relationships and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively develop long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and the organization.
- Solicit cross-sale opportunities with existing clients to increase revenue.
- Remarket existing policies to obtain more competitive pricing and/or coverage.
- Apply knowledge of products and services to best meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate client information and files.
- 5 years prior industry experience required.
- An active Property & Casualty License required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience, with unlimited commission potential and a $1000 signing bonus. The Richards Group offers a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment that values employee growth and development.
