SENIORS ACOUNT MANAGERJOB LOCATION (This position is based at our headquarters in Wilmington, NC). This means you can enjoy the benefits of both in-office collaboration and remote work, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.As a member of the Sales team, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business in new and existing accounts, to drive profitable sales growth. The Role:Your work will include, but not be limited to: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the production and materials teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Provide regular sales reports, budget, and forecasts to management. Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a related sales role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft office, word, PowerPoint and excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
