Job Summary

CFM Equipment Distributors is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Operations to lead our operations team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost reductions
    • Collaborate with the executive team to set company-wide goals and objectives
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational activities
    • Manage and improve operational processes, including inventory management, fleet management, and labor management
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Team Management
    • Lead and develop a team of operations managers and staff
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members
    • Manage performance and conduct regular evaluations
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive team members, department heads, and external partners
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading large-scale operations teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or supply chain management
