Behavioral Health Department Receptionist

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Behavioral Health Receptionist to join our team in Vancouver, WA. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and other staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
