We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Rainier Springs. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and copying
  • Assist with patient admissions, including verifying insurance information and completing necessary paperwork
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Intake departments to ensure seamless patient flow

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license preferred
