Salary:
$55,000 to $60,000 annually
Job Summary:
The City of Atlanta seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Mayor's Office. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and direct the daily operations of the Mayor's Office
Ensure efficient operations, planning expenditures, and maintaining budgetary records
Prepare reports and perform calendar scheduling for the Mayor's Cabinet Room and Mayor's Small Conference Room
Process iExpense statements and credit card reconciliations for travel team
Monitor and respond to emails received in the Exe Business Office email account
Perform other duties as requested
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task, assess priorities, and competently handle a variety of activities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Superior attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Knowledge of administrative and office practices, including City of Atlanta policies and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
