Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and highly skilled Senior Executive Administrator to deliver extensive administrative assistance to top-level executives at Leeds Professional Resources. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the capability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting. This position necessitates outstanding communication abilities, confidentiality, and the capacity to manage sensitive data with the highest level of integrity.

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver high-caliber administrative support to senior leadership, which includes managing executive calendars, arranging meetings, and organizing travel logistics.
  • Draft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and both internal and external parties, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through.
  • Oversee and coordinate intricate and frequently changing schedules, prioritizing and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, including the preparation of agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, adhering to company policies and protocols.
  • Assist in the creation of financial reports, budgets, and other essential documents.
  • Lead special projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed on time and successfully.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively offer solutions and support.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for efficient retrieval and reference.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Executive Administrator, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, exhibiting a high level of professionalism.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in handling complex schedules and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to foresee needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
