Job Description: As a Sales and Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with customers, promoting Company products, and providing technical sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and foster customer relationships to drive sales growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Company products
- Collaborate with Applications Engineers to assess equipment needs and develop proposals
- Identify and recommend improved materials or machinery to customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Associate's Degree from an accredited university and 5+ years' of B2B relevant sales experience

Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
- Benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off

Work Environment:
This role will require frequent travel to customer facilities, with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments that may present possible hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.

Physical Demands:
Frequent travel, operating a vehicle, sitting at a desk, utilizing computers and phones, standing, and walking are required.
