Sales and Marketing Professional for Utility Construction

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Blair Supply Corp., a leading distributor in the water/wastewater industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, or related fields, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with engineers and municipal agencies, promoting specialty equipment solutions for utility construction projects in the Rochester and Central New York area.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers through effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the water/wastewater industry, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement sales plans, setting targets and deadlines to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business strategy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
