Sales Performance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Lead to join our team at Data-Mail, Inc. in a challenging and rewarding role. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling pressure sensitive labels and associated products to various targeted markets.
About the Role:
You will focus on expanding our client base, deepening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales activities and solution-based consulting. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both the flexographic and digital label printing process, related market trends, and will act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify prospective clients and their specific buyers' sales targets.
* Drive marketing efforts to educate buyers about GPG products and services.
* Actively network and advance new relationship opportunities.
* Provide technical assistance and coordinate solutions for key accounts.
* Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent support, consultation, and presentation skills.
* Coordinate sales efforts with other departments; ensure customer purchase and service requirements are being met.
* Travel as needed to make regular visits to customers.
* Oversee the sales process to meet or exceed annual volume and profit goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of experience in sales within the label or print industry.
* Strong knowledge of label materials, printing techniques, and regulatory requirements.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
