Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of Product Passion, Customer Focus, and a proactive mindset, which are critical for success.
  • Expand the Product organization to support a multi-product strategy, creating dedicated teams and achieving operational excellence.
  • Ensure the continuous delivery of delightful experiences to empower SMBs globally.
  • Utilize product analytics and information pipelines to enhance customer experiences and identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement disciplined planning and prioritization for feature releases and new product introductions.

Qualifications:

  • Over 12 years of experience in leading and managing Product functions for large-scale consumer applications or SaaS businesses.
  • Significant experience in serving SMBs.
  • Demonstrated success in driving subscription-based software growth through user-centric product innovation.
  • Expertise in guiding product direction through data-driven insights and user research.
  • Strong track record of building relationships and collaborating with Engineering and UX teams.
  • A player-coach leadership style with a history of developing product management talent.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and establish effective working relationships in a multi-geographic startup environment.
