We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Manager to lead our Run Research Team at Brooks Running. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our research and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Run Research Team: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with senior leaders across the organization to ensure seamless integration of research findings into product development.
  • Develop and Implement Research Agendas: Establish priorities and define research agendas aimed at improving product performance and maximizing the use of testing resources.
  • Provide Business Recommendations and Vision: Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure the inline product line represents the voice of the runner rooted in Run Signature.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Physiology, Engineering, or Exercise Science
  • 7+ Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Proven Track Record of Leading High-Functioning Teams
  • Proven Track Record of Creating Strategic Research and Applied Vision
  • Proven Track Record of Collaborative Leadership
