About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate the placement and service of employee benefits for our clients. As an Account Manager - Employee Benefits, you will work closely with advisors and internal departments to execute the service strategy for each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the placement and service of employee benefits for clients
- Work with advisors and internal departments to onboard new business and complete renewal processes
- Maintain complete client files, including policy information, activities, attachments, and correspondence
- Assist in the RFP process, compare carrier proposals, and provide a summary of programs and options
- Help build and deliver Open Enrollment and New Hire presentations
- Remain current on vendor/carrier plans and programs, industry trends, and legislation
- Provide excellent service and support for internal and external clients
Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits
- Microsoft Office experience required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- HRIS system familiarity is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
