About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate the placement and service of employee benefits for our clients. As an Account Manager - Employee Benefits, you will work closely with advisors and internal departments to execute the service strategy for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the placement and service of employee benefits for clients
  • Work with advisors and internal departments to onboard new business and complete renewal processes
  • Maintain complete client files, including policy information, activities, attachments, and correspondence
  • Assist in the RFP process, compare carrier proposals, and provide a summary of programs and options
  • Help build and deliver Open Enrollment and New Hire presentations
  • Remain current on vendor/carrier plans and programs, industry trends, and legislation
  • Provide excellent service and support for internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits
  • Microsoft Office experience required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • HRIS system familiarity is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
