About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Senior Vice President, North America Distribution Leader. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the distribution strategy for North America, driving business growth and profitability through effective distribution channel management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the distribution strategy for North America, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of distribution professionals to manage and develop relationships with major trading partners, brokers, and other distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective distribution channel management, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform distribution strategy and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to distribution channel management.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in distribution channel management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective distribution channel management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
