Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our team in Metro Detroit. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple store locations, including supervision of staff and monitoring of sales and profitability
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance and efficiency across all locations
  • Mentor and support Store Managers in their roles, providing guidance on staff management, training, and development
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve overall business goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-unit food management
  • Proven track record of driving sales and managing operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide Store Managers
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel between locations
