About the Role

The Regional Service Operations Manager plays a vital part in overseeing the service and parts departments of several new car dealerships within Victory Automotive Group. This position is responsible for maintaining the reputation, efficiency, and profitability of these departments while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Parts Manager, Service Manager, and dealership management to drive Fixed Operations forward.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of service and parts department managers.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting repair operations.
  • Maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth through effective P&L management, labor cost control, and vendor relationships.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
  • 1+ year of dealership experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in dealership software systems (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds) and intermediate or better skills in MS Office.
