Job Summary

This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing patient engagement and care systems. The successful candidate will manage and support patient scheduling, ensuring seamless operations within the call center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day call center operations, focusing on customer service and productivity.
  • Ensure call center agents meet company expectations and standards.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring call center agents.
  • Coordinate call center agents' schedules to meet company needs.
  • Communicate company initiatives, services, procedures, and guidelines to team members through training.
  • Monitor calls to ensure HIPAA and quality standards are met, providing feedback to improve productivity.
  • Create productivity reports and submit them to management for review.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve call center productivity and customer experience.
  • Ensure provider practices are satisfied by providing prompt responses and solutions to their challenges.
  • Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment for team members.
  • Assist with running or attending meetings as needed.
  • Help engage fellow employees daily.
  • Cover late evening shifts during the week and some Saturday projects, as determined by the Associate Director.
  • Integrate practice EMRs to support company care coordination initiatives.
  • Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Collect office data representing practices' performance with various patient care services and collect patient data for use through our eligibility system.
  • Organize and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Comply with HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Privacy laws.
Requirements
  • Superior communication, management, organizational, and planning skills.

  • Keen judgment and decision-making ability.
  • High confidentiality awareness.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA: Legal and ethical considerations related to employee information.
  • Attendance/Punctuality: Consistently at work and on time.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • (2) years' experience in a medical environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software, such as MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
