We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our team at FoundCare Inc. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth registration process for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently register patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into our system.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Manage patient accounts, including updating information, collecting payments, and processing insurance claims.
- Collaborate with the Front Desk/Billing Supervisor to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry, phone support, and administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of office/clerical experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in medical records and electronic billing systems, as well as experience with health insurance and community programs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing excellent patient care and service.
