Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently register patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into our system.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Manage patient accounts, including updating information, collecting payments, and processing insurance claims.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk/Billing Supervisor to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry, phone support, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of office/clerical experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in medical records and electronic billing systems, as well as experience with health insurance and community programs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
