**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team at Educational Services. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students with behavioral challenges in the Columbia River Gorge area.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive change in students
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians on effective behavior analytic interventions
  • Design and lead workshops on positive behavioral supports, conflict resolution, and data analysis for staff members
  • Provide coaching and guidance to teachers and support staff on implementing behavior analytic strategies

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Experience working with children and families who are culturally, linguistically, and racially diverse
  • Knowledge of current state and federal laws pertaining to the education of students with disabilities

**What We Offer**

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $51,291.00 - $79,629.09 per year, based on education and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement.
