We are seeking a committed individual to take on the role of Customer Success Manager for a project-oriented position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to comprehend their requirements and ensure their success with our offerings.
  • Onboarding: Assist new clients during the onboarding phase to guarantee a smooth transition and effective implementation of our solutions.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing assistance to clients, enabling them to fully leverage our services.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and proactively seeking growth opportunities.
  • Renewals and Upsells: Focus on securing client renewals and identifying upsell opportunities to enhance revenue.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze client feedback to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent client interests internally to ensure their needs are addressed and communicate product improvement suggestions to relevant teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS context.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
    • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
    • Analytical skills to assess data and trends.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
