Commercial Relationship Manager

Job Summary
The Commercial Relationship Manager at Northwest Bank is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with a full range of banking solutions to meet their financial needs. This role requires a trusted business advisor who can establish a network of referral sources and Centers of Influence, generating new business opportunities through regular calling efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand existing commercial banking relationships
- Prospect actively and successfully bring in new relationships to Northwest Bank
- Engage with product partners to discuss cross-selling opportunities and referrals
- Actively participate in community and professional networking events
- Establish and maintain an ongoing prospect list and calling schedule
- Encourage existing clients to provide referrals for all types of products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing
- 6-8 years of account relationship management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate lending, loan servicing, and credit and non-credit products
- Strong negotiating skills and risk management knowledge
