Position Title: Account Manager

Core Functions of an Account Manager:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Development

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Development:

  • Act as the primary liaison for major clients.
  • Comprehend client objectives and challenges, effectively relaying information to internal teams.
  • Provide clients with updates on project status, respond to inquiries, and proactively seek opportunities for enhancement.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and summaries.

Strategic Initiative Planning:

  • Formulate and implement detailed strategic plans customized to each client's specific business needs.
  • Work alongside cross-departmental teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor movements to guide strategic suggestions.

Campaign Development & Oversight:

  • Create briefs and develop presentation materials.
  • Convert client briefs into actionable campaign strategies, ensuring consistency with overarching goals.
  • Collect and compile relevant information, research, and analyses for the creation of creative briefs and monthly reports.
  • Supervise the execution of marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and achieve results.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights to refine ongoing strategies with assigned media teams.
  • Partner with the account director to compile, update, and distribute status reports, tracking campaign outcomes and performance.

Financial Planning & Resource Allocation:

  • Design and oversee client budgets, ensuring optimal resource distribution to enhance ROI.
  • Manage client co-op budgets, collaborating with media teams to effectively allocate client resources.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to guarantee precise invoicing and financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to support client objectives.

Client Advisory & Education:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, offering insights and recommendations on industry best practices.
  • Inform clients about the significance of marketing strategies, emerging trends, and their implications for business.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to gauge client satisfaction and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
