Key Responsibilities
  • Gather initial customer information and transition it to the Account Manager.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough data collection and registration.
  • Utilize Salesforce for effective management of customer interactions and information.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Differentiate between potential high-volume clients and one-time purchasers.
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with the vitamin/pharmaceutical sector or experience working with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Positive mindset with a strong drive for achieving results.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems.
  • Willingness to learn, ideally with a background in marketing coordination.
  • Demonstrated stability in previous employment, ideally with a minimum of two years in the last role.
