Job Overview

Position Title: Account Manager

Core Functions:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Development

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Development:

  • Act as the primary liaison for major clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client objectives and challenges, facilitating effective communication with internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, address client inquiries, and proactively seek opportunities for enhancement.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas and summaries for client calls.

Strategic Initiative Planning:

  • Create and implement tailored strategic plans that align with each client's specific business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to guide strategic advice.

Campaign Coordination & Oversight:

  • Draft briefs and develop presentation materials.
  • Convert client briefs into actionable campaign strategies, ensuring consistency with overarching objectives.
  • Collect and organize necessary background information and analyses for creative briefs and monthly reports.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations and achieve results.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights for optimizing strategies in collaboration with media teams.
  • Partner with the account director to compile and disseminate status reports, tracking campaign outcomes and performance.

Financial Management & Resource Allocation:

  • Develop and oversee client budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to enhance ROI.
  • Manage client co-op budgets, collaborating with media teams for effective fund distribution.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure precise invoicing and financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to support client objectives.

Client Advisory & Education:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, offering insights and recommendations on industry best practices.
  • Inform clients about the benefits of marketing strategies, emerging trends, and their business implications.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to gauge client satisfaction and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
