Position: Client Support Specialist

Location: Palm Beach Lakes

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage both inbound and outbound communications with professionalism
* Deliver outstanding service to our clients
* Adhere to established call scripts and procedures with precision
* Achieve or surpass call targets and sales objectives
* Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality
* Comply with company policies and procedures consistently

Qualifications:
* Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a commitment to the closing shift from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
* Capability to work rotational Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Dependability and punctuality are crucial
* Minimize unexpected schedule disruptions such as tardiness or early departures
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* High school diploma or equivalent is required

Compensation & Details:
* $16 per hour
* Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday
* Working hours: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm (Monday to Friday) & Saturday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
