About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
