Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Path Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, managing new and existing customer relationships, and working towards the continuous improvement of the sales and marketing process. You will also be responsible for handling customer queries, preparing customer quotations, conducting sales calls, and attending industry trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and expand existing business relationships
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Prepare and present customer quotations and proposals
  • Conduct sales calls and attend industry trade shows to build relationships and promote Path Engineering's products and services

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience or related training
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Infor Visual a plus
