Role Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Irving, TX. As an SLPA, you will work closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders, working under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual student needs, in collaboration with educators and families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress, ensuring seamless communication with the SLPA team.
  • Collaborate with educators to enhance student participation in educational activities and promote academic success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant program.
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced school-based environment.
