Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Irving, TX. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, utilizing your expertise in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the diverse communication needs of students, ensuring their progress and success.
  • Provide SLP services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and professionalism.
  • Utilize your strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP License.
