Our educational team at Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- Provide SLP services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote effective communication and collaboration among students, teachers, and parents.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
- Active SLP License.
