About the Role

Aveanna is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with speech and language disorders.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to improve communication skills and overall quality of life for patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice Speech Therapy in the state of practice.
  • ASHA certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Spanish language proficiency (bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred).
  • Experience working with pediatric patients and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
