Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school district located near Irving, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, and fluency difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech therapy and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- State license or ability to acquire before starting.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
